My name is Chris Daley and I am fortunate to have been surrounded by diversity my entire life. Being raised by New Yorkers in metro Atlanta is what gave me the courage to move out west and chase my dream. Throughout my experiences as a college athlete and creative producer, I consider myself blessed for the opportunities I have earned.
I am a marketer, producer and creative storyteller at heart. I am constantly challenging myself in every project I do, which makes me so passionate about giving you the best product possible. Click here to see my work experience.
My foundation is what set the bar for me when it comes to pushing my own limits and perfecting my craft. I began producing when I earned my first job in the Community Affairs department at the #1 news station in the country, WSB-TV. During my time working for the south’s first news station, I covered stories throughout the Atlanta metro and produced content for television, online and its Facebook page with more than 1,000,000 followers.
The passion for producing content across all platforms continued to grow when I became the Social Media Marketing Specialist at ABC’s Denver7. During my time in the digital role, I organically increased our Instagram following from 4,000 to 20,000 in less than one year, implemented social media marketing campaigns across all platforms and became an Emmy-nominated producer for creating commercial-quality content.
My success in both television and digital is what helped me get to my current role as Creative Services Director at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design! In my current position, I manage our public relations, oversee social media channels and produce our organic video content. Most recently, I helped the college organically increase its Instagram following by 200% in my first year there.
As the founder of createdaley LLC, I am passionate about helping people achieve their marketing goals by creating quality content. My work ethic in my creative drive is a true reflection of my roots. I grew up playing lacrosse, earning leadership roles on the teams I played on while bringing my game to the next level. I am fortunate to have won two collegiate national championships, going undefeated during my time at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York. Following my time in the northeast, I finished my degree at Kennesaw State University where I started my career early. I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Education Media Design + Technology.
